45° and 90° stainless steel long radius elbows

For high pressure water jetting installations and all other applications DERC Salotech manufactures a complete range of high pressure stainless steel elbows. They are manufactured of stainless steel with attached welded adapters. The elbows are pressure tested and delivered with a certificate.

These elbows have less pressure loss due to the bended tubing and design.

Design

The Long Radius Elbows are made of stainless steel and are designed by our own engineers. Everything produced by DERC is made according to drawings and has its own unique part number. It is designed according to the latest quality standards and requirements for the high pressure water jetting, oil and gas industry. For safety and traceability all products we produce are marked with a part number, maximum working pressure and thread connection.

Manufacturing

All the products we produce are manufactured in our up to date machine park according to the latest quality standards. All necessary control and measurement checks have been performed before the products leave our factory. Our production staff is trained in the latest production standards and techniques.

Testing and Certificates

The products that DERC Salotech engineers and manufactures are being tested to withstand the maximum working pressure which they are designed for. We also test our standard products by means of hydro static pressure tests. These hydro static tests are perfomed in our own machine park as well. All products produced by us can be supplied with a test certificate, if required.
