DERC Salotech manufactures a complete range of rotating Spin-Jet tube cleaning nozzles. The DERC Spin-Jets use the water flow of your high pressure pump to rotate. The DERC Spin-Jets give perfect 360° cleaning results.
Through many years of practical experience and by working closely with our customers, we produced five models as the standard range. For specific cleaning projects the engineers of Derc Salotech will design and manufacture deviating models according to your specific needs, in accordance with strict product requirements and safety regulations.
The worldwide knows "SI nozzle" is subject to continuous improvement. Improved materials and optimized processing methods ensure a perfect rotating nozzle with an optimum efficiency and perfect cleaning results. The DERC Spin-Jet gives a perfect 360º cleaning result, as required for IRIS inspections.
Spin-Jet SI
The SI model is designed for high pressure water jetting tubes and lines where perfect clean without any "stripes" is neccessary. The nozzle can be delivered with a front-jet nozzle for removal of plugs. Due to the 4 radial jets the model is specially designed for removal of any hard scales.
The SI model has a rotor with 4 jets
- 4x 90° for cleaning of the tube wall
- Optional front jet for removal of any plugs
Note:
This nozzle is a "neutral nozzle" which means that for flex lance applications this model can be used in combination with a DERC nozzle driver (pusher unit). This turns it into a pulling nozzle.
