DERC Salotech manufactures a complete range of rotating Spin-Jet tube cleaning nozzles. The DERC Spin-Jets use the water flow of your high pressure pump to rotate. The DERC Spin-Jets give perfect 360° cleaning results.
Through many years of practical experience and by working closely with our customers, we produced five models as the standard range. For specific cleaning projects the engineers of Derc Salotech will design and manufacture deviating models according to your specific needs, in accordance with strict product requirements and safety regulations.
Spin-Jet SIBR
The SIBR model is designed for high pressure water jetting tubes and lines where perfect clean without any "stripes" is neccessary. The nozzle can be delivered with a front-jet nozzle for removal of plugs. Due to the pulling jets the SIBR model is very suitable for flex lance applications both manual or (semi) automatic.
The SIBR model has a rotor with 4 jets
- 2x 90° for cleaning of the tube wall
- 2x 45° for pulling and transportation of the dirt
- Optional front jet for removal of any plugs
